This is the first of 3 installments on pranayama with Lisa Feder. Pranayama is the practice of moving prana or vital life force through the regulation of breath. This particular exercise calms the body and brings a sense of support throughout the torso. Lisa teaches at East Side Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30am. I definitely recommend you don’t hit the snooze and get to her class!
